With 10 years Realtor experience and 15 years as a Real Estate Paralegal working for local attorneys, Noelle has extensive knowledge about both the real estate market and real estate law. Having graduated from Western CT State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Human Resources, her knowledge is not only above the rest, but she has the expertise in guiding sellers, buyers, and working with distresses properties. My Husband and I had the pleasure of working with Noelle Corelli on not one, but two occasions. The first was when we were first time home buyers. Noelle made the process as fun and easy as possible, truly listening to our needs and doing all that she could to find homes that not only checked items off our wish list, but stayed in our price range. She continually put our minds at ease that we were in great hands and would find our best option in the area. We ended up purchasing a condo with major potential in one of the best areas of Stamford, CT. She was acute to the fact that we planned on it being our first home and not our forever home and saw the value in the area for us! Our second time working with her was about four and a half years later when we went to sell that condo. Tensions were high as I was 5 months pregnant at the time and we were planning a move about 600 miles away to North Carolina. Noelle was able to handle some fairly difficult buyers and their agent, continually going above and beyond to keep us cool and calm. She even went as far as to help us out with one of the renovation costs that needed to be done in order to get the deal done. For that we will always be indebted to her. Our home was sold in 3 days and she was amazing through the entire process and we sold our home for close to 100k more than what we paid for it (with some obvious renovations throughout the years on our part). Additionally, she set us up with a realty group in North Carolina whom we ended up using to help build our dream home, so she really did help the entire process come full circle over those four and a half years.
